"Upon it's first usage Delta Airlines baggage handling ripped both sipper pulls and travelers off the front top pocket on the lid. It is not useless for airline travel until fixed as handling will rip bag. Otherwise, a good piece with right amount of space."

"I bought this to replace my first spinner when the wheel fell off after almost eight years of reliable use. I like this newer version for the easy-access handle and the much smoother bearings. I am a little worried because these wheels are not as inset as the previous version, but they have survived a trip through Paris CDG baggage handling and been successful, so I figure that is saying something. I like the fabric - looks like it might hold up better with the tighter weave. The pockets seem bigger, which is a plus. I look forward to more happy years with this spinner."

"I like it because it doesn't weigh a lot and the four wheels make it easy to handle while traveling. I would not purchase a blue case again since scuff marks showed up with just one flight and the material seems rather fragile."

"I did not acutally use this item. Upon receipt I was not pleased with the quality construction of the interior. The lining was very thin. I also discovered that the 27 inches included wheels, so there was only 25 inches for packing which did not suit my needs. I returned to ebags."

"I am very tall and this suitcase is very easy to maneuver through airports and crowded sidewalks with its 4WD. However, I am disappointed in the durability of the zipper pulls. I have lost three on this suitcase since I purchased in August 2012 and one on the 21" version that I purchased around the same time."
