"Almost everything about this bag shows durability. The zippers and the fabric are strong. It has a well thought out organizational concept. The handle extends to a height that is tall enough for a tall person to easily pull the bag. The bag stands straight and doesn't tip forward even when it is packed full, and the handle is in the up position. The width fits down the aisles of all airplanes that I have tried. I would definitely get it again, but it feels like the quality is good enough that this one will last a long time before needing to be replaced."

"Great carryon to carry my laptops, external drive and other accessories necessary to edit video on the road. On overnight trips, I can pack clothes so I have to take only one bag. Love this piece very much."

"It would be perfect if there was a zipper on each side of the handle opening. It looks awkward with it only on one side. So I had to punch a hole in the cover for the handle and have it fixed by a luggage repair shop so the seams would not come un done which costs me about $50 bucks. It was worth it because I got the bag on sale but it was a hassle."

"The product looks great and has great organization. I purchased it because it will accomdate my 17" laptop. I would not have bought it if I had seen it in the real world. It has a huge, unattractive design flaw. The handle comes out of a compartment with a zipper which only zips one way, leaving an unsightly gapping zipper on one side. I kept it due to time constraints and living in an extrmely rural area that is not supported by shopping centers."

"It's a top office/laptop roller. Had great experience with a previous Samsonite roller bag- lasted many years. Unfortunately they don't make one in leather any more. The only negative about this bag is the zipper compartment which contains the telescoping handle. It should have TWO zippers, to zip up and meet in the middle. It only has one, that zips from right to left. That means when the handle is extended, one side of the outer fabric hangs down kind of awkward. Poor engineering. But other than that, this is a good bag that I hope will last as many years as my prior one did."

"Looked at many business-type "mobile office" bags, and thought this item best met my needs, and it does. I wanted something that would provide at least an overnight change of clothes - including a suit; keep my files and folded drawings organized; and fit under an airline seat. I don't always travel w/ a laptop, so the space reserved for that holds drawings. The bag overall appears well made, including the zippers, and I like the double zippers; except, the rear zippered compartment stows the extending handle and it has only a single zipper, meaning that when the handle is extended, that compartment is half-open, exposing whatever is placed inside (usually magazines for reading in flight). This detail needs a double zipper, pure and simple. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to getting good use from this bag."
