"It's attractive, well organized, and comfortable. Easy to put on for a lady senior citizen."

"It's big enough for me to replace my small laptop backpack. This one could put a 16" laptop and a lot of things in. The only problem is it smelled not that good when I opened it. You may need to leave it there for 3-4 days. And another thing is I received the item after 15 days I placed the order...OMG!!! But overall, I think its a good bag."

"This backpack seems like it is very well made, durability was my highest concern. It takes some getting used to because the handle is in between two zippers, I always grab the smaller handle by accident. It is also weird to have the main storage compartment's zipper so far forward. I haven't tested out the laptop portion yet. It is comfortable for me, even though I have back and neck problems. I like the colors. The zippers seem sturdy. I wish there were pen slots on the exterior of the backpack, because I always found myself using those pens on my previous backpack, with this one I have to open a zipper to get to them. The zippers are kind of loud, so I try not to open it during lectures."

"Excellent backpack. I originally purchased it to carry my everyday items and for an occasional 1-2 day trip. It does that and much more. Love it for teleworking, holds my laptop and cables much better than the issued Dell bag did. Very well padded, well put together. Lots of pockets and areas to organize things. I love it!"

"Pack needs a cross strap across the front to hold the back straps together. Most backpacks have them. Keeps the straps from falling off the shoulder. Would make for a much more utilitarian pack and improve the overall comfort."

"I've been traveling with it for a few weeks now. It fits below the seat and in overhead bins well. There are many pockets, some of which I wish were bigger, some smaller. I'm still trying to figure out the best places for everything I like to carry with my laptop."

"I have had no problems with this bag, strong and sturdy. It has handled heavy items and being over stuffed. A water bottle on one side and small umbrella on other side I carry every day. Only issue would be not to put anything valuable in the very front pocket. The zipper was not as trustworthy it would unzip in the middle on its own with item pressure at times. I just put headphones in that front pouch. That has been fine."
