"I previously had a large Samsonite backpack and really liked it. It lasted for several years & traveled around the world, and the only real reason I wanted a new one is the padding in the right strap wore down. So I thought I'd go with a slightly smaller try the Tectonic Medium Backpack. What I really like about it is the number of compartments and pockets. There are three main compartments - a large one with a padded laptop area, the middle one and the smaller front one. Each compartment then has multiple pockets to keep your smaller things from falling to the bottom of your bag and getting lost. So far, I've found the bag very usable. Plus, it's large enough to hold a lot without being overly large. The only downside are the colors are dark. I got the blue/black one. And while the color is true to the photo, I would've like to have the option to have a brighter color or maybe some patterns. However, functionality, organization & durability are much more important to me, and therefore, the Samsonite won out over more fashionable bags."

"I actually received this bag today and I was pleasantly surprised to see it is an even better quality backpack than I imagined. It is very roomy so I'm glad I purchased the medium size instead of the large. I can fit everything I need in it with room for more. I am so excited to see if this will hold up against me toting my laptop and other items back and forth to work everyday."
