Samsonite Wheeled Backpack - Large 

"This is a good looking backpack, and having wheels is great, but these wheels will only go in a straight line...they don't swivel at all. I found it a bit difficult to maneuver."

"This is my 2nd exact one I have owned. My First one lasted one year with being out of town on business 150 days last year. The front face at Bolton 2 to 3" needs stronger / tougher materials. I wore large holes thru fabric in front bottom as it expands easily and ends up on bottom instead of face of bag and allows fabric to make contact with floor when you stop walking with bag in toll. This slight siding action on floor wore fabric to the point cloth at one year had large holes and I lost a few small items from next compartment out of holes in cloth. Also small items fall thru to bottom compartment because this bags was design with holes that connect bottom two compartments. But i still like this bag, butitcould be improved with a little effort. "I purchased this bag for my commute to work and have owned and used it daily for about 2months. I carry a 14" laptop (4.5lb), gym clothes (5 lbs), and my lunch bag (4 lbs; drink, food, protein shake), and other random stuff (pencils, earphones, paper/notebook). I commute via public transportation, and walk from bus-stop to work, totaling at least 4miles a day. I'm generally satisfied with the bag's overall function, however I have a few gripes: #1# design/zipper placement; when I fill my back up with all of the above, the way the top of the backpack is designed, access from the top (while sitting upright) is hindered, such as grabbing the laptop. If I want to access only the laptop, I just about have to remove all the contents to access it. The design is more like luggage (container-like, with a flap/lid) vs a backpack (while upright, should provide access to everything without having to take everything out). #2# front compartment; I'm not sure what they had in mind for users to put in here, measuring about 12" in height, 10" in width, and 3" deep (measured from seam to seam) This makes the overall size of the main compartment look larger than expected. Main compartment measures about 19" in height, 13" in width, 7" deep. Also, the front compartment is designed such that the contents can fall into the bottom-front compartment. #3# handle design; although I haven't had it fail (yet?) it seems a bit weak - but this is only my speculation. #4# zipper; a little smaller than I would have liked, though it hasn't failed on my (yet?) I would have preferred to see a zipper with larger teeth. #5# bottom handle/grip; I wish there was one, for those times when I need to carry it to throw into the car. ### I do have some good points about this bag: inline skate wheels and wide wheelbase to prevent wobbling, backpack and rolling convertible, quite stable when standing upright, and material durability is suffice for the my use/purpose."
