"I love this handbag - I was looking for something in the mid-size range, with multiple pockets (especially pockets on the outside), a solid dark color, and a zip top. It was harder to find (without logos or heavy hardware) than I expected. This does the trick, and I love the color (got graphite, which is an almost black but that works with gray or brown as well), the straps (which are a bit wide and soft, not rounded or thin) and all the pockets. Minor complaints include the floppiness of the bag - it won't stand on its own without something like a folder inside propping it up -- and the front flap is just cosmetic, and for a commuting bag I really don't want anything extra (non-functional) adding weight. However, overall I'm very happy."
