"Such a great design. You can slip into your car and easily close this umbrella one-handed once you're inside where it's dry. Yet it's sturdy when open--never yet had it turn inside out. Folds small--not as tiny as some others--but still an easy size to carry and stow. Spiffy-looking too, with little reflectors (though they're probably too small to provide much safety when walking in the dark)."

"This is a nice-looking umbrella in an unusual color (rust), so it stands out in a crowd. I haven't had the opportunity to actually use it yet. The description is a little misleading in that it doesn't so much automatically close as collapse. When the button is pushed while the umbrella is closed, the shaft extends and the canopy opens--perfect. When the button is pushed while the umbrella is open, the canopy just collapses--you still have to manually push down the shaft to get the umbrella into its compact position. This is my first automatically closing umbrella, so that may be the way they all work, but it should be made clear in the description."
