"I am so disappointed in this bag. It is beautiful, and has plenty of room. However, the top opening, or more importantly, the methods for closing the top are ineffective. The zippered panel has been made so that the two pieces can be completely separated in order to allow complete access to the inside. The problem is, the zipper comes apart all the time, and is awkward to rethread, and often splits back open. Even when zippered, there are large holes on either side of the panel, and the cinch/drawstring does not stay closed. If you will notice, as I wish I had, on some of the pictures, the drawstring is cinched and then tied in a knot. I don't have time, when at the grocery store with 4 kids in tow, to untie a knot! After spending so much money, and loving the bag for every other reason, it is off to charity because of these major design flaws. So sad."

"I absolutely love this bag. I bought it for travel and it's been the perfect hands-free bag to take on plane trips, and it holds everything I need while I'm on vacation (journal, book, IPad, etc.). Its only shortcoming is the top zipper, which requires 2 hands to close. Great bag, lots of compliments!"

"I got the "Color Your World" design (black city scene with a red bird) and I really like it. I agree with other reviewers that the top zipper is a bit awkward, but it's not terrible and not a deal-breaker. I really like all the outside pockets for quick access to things. It holds a lot of stuff -- I got it for days when I have a meeting to go to (notebook, folder, book in addition to wallet/phone/keys etc.) or am going various places with my kids (snacks, water bottle, child's sweatshirt, etc. in addition to wallet/phone/keys etc.). It's comfortable to wear and seems durable. The grab handle is surprisingly useful. And it's attractive without being too cutesy. Very happy with it."

"I love this Sherpani backpack/purse I have received numerous compliments and the picture doesn't do this bag justice, it is gorgeous! It is unique, lightweight, holds quite a bit, comfortable and colorful! It has ample space and pretty good organization. My only suggestion is to make the inner pockets bigger where the phone and cc's go - the phone pocket is already tearing on mine."

"It's a beautiful bag. The organization is pretty good. My only problem is that I worry about ruining the bag because I use it when my daughter has soccer tournaments."

"Very cool-looking, comfortable, roomy backpack, without looking backpack-y. Love it for trips where I will have to do a lot of walking. I tend to carry a lot of STUFF in my handbags, and a lot of walking with one is tough on my shoulder. This is so lightweight and comfortable it's easy to carry whatever without any pain. Love it, and highly recommend."

"Love the bag. Very well made. The colors are just as shown. I prefer not to use the zipper to close the bag. It's a bit of a hassle. The only draw back is the drawstring doesn't close the bag as tightly as I would like. It would be good to have the magnetic closure on this bag as some of the other Sherpani bags have. It's still a great bag and I would purchase again."
