"This case is sturdy and offers a larger laptop excellent protection that is why I purchased it, with young kids in the house that like to throw things. The case has a secure velcro strap inside to keep your computer stabalized while in the case,the inside is lined and slightly padded with a removable/adjustable hook and loop divider pad that can be used to either separate items or keep your laptop from moving from side to side the corners are reinforced, there is a combo lock for each latch and the look is sleek and modern for an attache' case. The grey paint does scratch easily but if you are looking for a case that could stand up to abuse you will be happy with this one."

"First appearance the case is large and demanding authority . Hinges are smooth and sturdy . The handle is comfortable and able to handle heavy loads. The aluminum sides look nice however after a week of hardcore use they are bowing in exposing the seem like a open wound. But then again it could be my fault. The locks worry me. They seem unreliable and cheap construction. But the interior is plush, padded and roomy. Go crazy and fill it Overall size, value, layout, and my intent make the Solo 17 worthwhile."

"I use this case to store my laptop as I travel as a Mobile DJ. Just returned from a Musical theme cruise where I used it everyday. Good product only comment would be to offer it in a deeper model so items could be stored below the laptop."
