"best bag i've found. hard to find one with wheels AND shoulder strap. Great for overnight trips and the one bag you carry on to keep the essentials with you at all times."

"Sides are already blowing out. Handle is ripping. Just not holding up to travel and general use."

"I ordered this bag to fit the strict size requirements on Allegiant Airlines for an underseat bag. (Allegiant allows for a free carry-on under the seat, but they charge for overhead carry-ons.) The stated measurements made this one of the few bags that would actually fit. The price is great for this style of bag. I was VERY disappointed to take out my tape measure and see that ebags has the wrong measurement listed. So, this bag is TOO BIG for Allegiant. I am going to keep it, as it was so inexpensive. I will use it on my next Allegiant flight, and see if they make me pay."

"I like the overall size of the bag. It is big enough to get an overnight change of clothes, files, a computer and a few other things. I wish it had more pockets. I was transferring from my old bag and quickly realized that I was out of room. I had to find 2 small zipper bags for supplies (pens highlighters, rulers, whiteout) and one for all my electronics (thumb drives, wireless mouse, and cords). The front packet is not as big as you might want. Overall, I have made it work for me and I like it."

"This bag holds all of the materials I need when working with my students. I've only been using it for a few days and I'm hoping the wheels hold up to the daily use. I'll review this bag again in 6 months on how it held up."

"I am returning the item because the dimensions listed online were incorrect. It is too thick for my intended use."

"The snaps that hole the divider in for clothing are very poor and most og the compartments are difficult to access"

"Bought this bag to replace the same model I bought a couple of years ago. They cut down on some nice things the original bag had in order to cut costs and that is not cool. 1. Used to have 2 file dividers, not it has only 1 2. Used to have a smaller pocket with Velcro in the front pocket and that is now missing 3. Used to have a shoulder strap, that is also gone 4. Used to have a fabric cover to protect the handle tubes on the rear of the bag, that is also gone 5. Used to have double zipper on the front pocket and that is gone. This one really bites because the whole thing needs to be unzipped. The quality of the wheels was improved as my original one had the bearings failed after miles of traversing the Philadelphia streets. I travel every week and need a bag that can carry a day¿s worth of clothes, laptop, and papers and still fits under the seat of a CRJ airplane. I like the replacement but not as much as my original one. It is tough and durable and will use it more than my other under-the-seat bags, which are a travelpro (no compartments) and Swiss Army (too many compartments). Thumbs down for the changes other than the improved wheels. I still recommend this bag but I am dissapointed on the loss of features."

"This bag is larger than advertised, I would have not bought it had I known it's true dimensions. The Ebags product info shows the item dimensions as 16.5" x 13" x 6.5", and the linear inches as 36.00" This is not correct and still hasn't been changed on the Ebags website. The actual size is 16.5" x 15" x 9.5", linear inches 41.00" Since I mostly bought this bag for being able to fit it under the seat on the airplane, it being 3 extra inches thick is quite problematic. I was able to fit it underneath on the two United Jet Express flights I took, but it is a very tight squeeze, making getting in and out of the seat a slow and difficult process. I am avoiding using the front pockets, to make squeezing it easier. This is frustrating and not what i had in mind when I bought the bag. I am still worried that I won't be able to fit it under the seat on other upcoming flights, and will report how things work out after a few months use."

"Overall pretty nice for the price. It fits pretty nicely, even on the smaller planes unless I have the front pockets really full. It seems to be designed more for clothes than text books like I carry, so I hope it holds out OK for me. The handle is very long for short people like me (5Ɖ") and does not lock in a middle position. It is also wobbly. I hope it doesn't break. I wish it had a pocket on the back to hook it on top of my regular luggage. For the price I got it for, it was a good deal and if I can get a year or 2 of use out of it, I will be happy."
