"it is so-so. very inexpensive and it is showing. the rubber shoulder strap pad is broken and it is not replaceable. need a whole new strap. also the clips that attache the strap to the bag come undone at the most inopportune times. It is just an "OK". You get what you pay for and i didn't pay much for this bag."

"I have a computer store, and I give one of these bags with a laptop purchase. The organization, makes my customers think I gave them a $60 bag. The most important feature is the plastic clasp. Others use velcro to seal the bag, if the turn the bag upside down, I will be selling them another computer."

"I was an nice bag. But the thing fell apart quickly. Within the first month the strap broke while I was leaving class, luckily I had quick reflexes and caught it before if fell and broke my computer. eBags shipped another one out, but it only lasted till the end of the semester. The part where the strap clips onto the bag broke again and the clip that holds the bag shut was about to rip off it is still on but only by a few strands. I had to buy another one this semester."

"I have used this messenger bag for 3 years. My computers have gone from 14 in to 17 in screens and weigh up to 6 pounds. No padding, plenty of pockets, properly sized. For basics, power supply wireless mouse, and some paperwork. Use this also for bussiness travel. Right size for airports. Expandable as required. Also have used it for overnight trips where need just a very few clothing/shaving things and take my IPAD only."
