"It is useful but there is already wear on the handle from where it rubs against itself as it falls back into place after use. I have only had it for 6 weeks. A piece of metal over the bottom of the leather handle would have been smart."

"Sturdy, nice appearance. Well organized inside pockets. Negatives: Wheels are a hard plastic. When rolled on tile floors, it sounds like the 4:15 is coming through. Maybe softer rubber instead of hard plastic wheels. The pen loops are VERY tight and it take two hands to remove a pen. Maybe they will loosen up with time. Nice extendable handle."
