Stansport Emergency AM/FM Radio/Flashlight 

"The looks and functions are just what I was looking for- for Father's Day for my husband so he could take it out fishing; however, the volume button was stuck on LOUD. Yes, I have teenagers in the house and they like loud music, but I'm guessing my husband wouldn't want it LOUD when he's trying to relax while fishing. I called the Jefferson, IN (?) warehouse and got "David" on the phone....that man deserves a raise!! I had called to see what the return/exchange policy was and he was hilarious (asking if I had teenagers in the house, they Love loud music)!!! If it had been an angry caller, he would be the perfect personality type to diffuse the caller. He gave me a number for customer service and said to speak with Linda. She was very nice, polite and handled the issue very professionally. While not impressed with the radio itself, I realize there are sometimes "lemons" out there and your staff was great! I would recommend your company for that reason alone. Thank you for your prompt service!"

"Everything lool fine and easy to operate, but cell phone charger could not be used. Jack not compatible to any phone charger by my knowlege."
