I like having a different compartment for each group of things I carry, rather than having to throw it all in one bag like other backpacks I've had. The arm straps could be a little longer, but it is still easy to put on with a big winter coat under it."

"this backpack is perfect for carrying work laptop back & forth. plenty of room for other needed items for a full day & commuting on mass transit. It holds everything I need w/ different sections to keep it organized. But it's not too bulky at all. And fit over my heaviest coat, no problem! Well worth the money.."
