"This is not a bad bag, but it's not perfect. A few of the little things that I would change if I could. (1) It has two zippered compartments (excluding the pocket on the front). They are separated by a wall, but it is not connected to the bottom of the case, so sometimes things you put in the back compartment end up in the front compartment, if they are not too thick and slip to the bottom. This makes keeping track of things a little more complicated. (2) There are handles for carrying the bag, and a piece that folds over the two handles, with a velcro fastener, to hold them together. You have to make sure they are fastened before you raise the extendable handle you use to pull the bag along on its wheels, or you may end up with the two carrying handles separated by the towing handle. These are not huge considerations, but minor irritants when I have to go from rolling the bag behind me to taking it up or down the escalator at the Metro stations. The bag seems to have some durability problems. The nylon case is looking scuffed up (I've had it for 6 months) and one of the feet on the front has lost a rivet that holds it in place. There is one other rivet holding it onto the bag, but the foot is now pivoting rather than stationary. I don't know how long it will last. All in all, it's not a bad bag. It holds a lot of stuff, and is reasonably organized. But I can't get all that enthusiastic about it."

"Disappointing quality. One of the zippers broke during the second trip. Since eBags does not handle defects/repairs, we are now trying to get it fixed by dealing with the manufacturer directly."

"As an OFfice Manager and Administrative Assistant I use this to transport my laptop back/forth to work along with many file folders, meeting documents, etc. It is very roomy and the compartments allow for good organization. I especially like the long handle which makes it easy to pull along as I walk. Great product for the price."

"The bag is nice ... but the handle to pull the case seems very loose ... kind of flimsy .. not sure how to tighten it up so it feels more secure."

"I purchased this bag three months ago and the space in the bag is great. However, the luggage will no longer go down easly and a wheel axle has bent. My luggage usually lasts at least a year, this is the first bag that I have purchased that needs repair after only three months."

"I used everyday work. Both wheels broke in three month. I bought new bag from local store in NYC."

"This seemed very promising on the basis of other reviews, but, after 3 months of use, the wheels are disintegrating, and it seems that they cannot be replaced (at least that is the way it looks). I use this about 3 times per week to walk from the train station to my office, a 15 minute walk each way, on normal city (Philadelphia) sidewalks. Of course, these sidewalks have bumps and rough spots, but, still, I would think this reasonable usage. The rating guide says to rate "durability" after 6 months, but I clearly do not need to wait that long."

"I chose this notebook bag because I wanted an inexpensive rolling bag to use walking from the building parking garage to my office, and it serves that purpose well. It is quite roomy--the major downside is that is has no internal pockets to organize chargers and other small items. It does not seem very sturdy but it gets light use--I would likely not use this for travel."

"It rolls pretty well, even over bumpy terrain. It's LIGHT, so I can lift it when I need to, but it has replaced my backpack for everyday use (I can't carry stuff on my middle-aged shoulders any more). Seems water-proof enough that when I've had it out in light rain, no seepage. I double-wrap the laptop and other important items in plastic bags anyway, but so far, doesn't seem to be necessary. I think it's a good product. I've had it for a month or so. The telescoping handle works fine now. It was a little stiff and uncooperative when I first got it, but it's fine now. If it continues to function this well and stays durable, I'll be very pleased with it."
