Targus 15.4" Rolling Notebook Backpack 

"I bought this rolling version of the Targus backpack (which I already owned) because I have to carry 2 laptops for work, and that was just too much weight to have on my back all the time. The handle doesn't feel really sturdy; it doesn't reliably lock out, which makes it fold up sometimes unexpectedly. It's also not really strong enough to maneuver the pack around; something with two supports for the handle instead of one would be better. My next laptop bag will be just a rolling case - this thing is not at all suited for use as a backpack, even for just 15 minutes."

"This is the second Targus roling backpack that I've purchased. The first one made it through well over five years and 150 plane trips. I am an "over packer" and tend to take my entire office with me when I travel. I pack this bag until it is buldging. I had my first one for over five years and just recently, one of the seams began to tear a bit, but they way I pack, I'm not surprised. I could have gotten away with it for a while longer, but for the price, I decided to get a new bag. I did not even look for anything different. I knew this was the bag I was going to buy. Now one of my son's friends who has a broken arm is using it for his school books. He needed something with wheels. BTW, it fits under the seat in a plane. If it is packed full, it will not fit in the overhead of a regional jet, but will fit in the overhead of a large plane. Before this bag, I had basically the same Targus bag only without wheels. I carried that for five years before I got my first wheeled Targus. My son has been carrying my original Targus to school for five years until last week, when the zipper finally broke.....after 10 years!! I ordered the same bag for him yesterday. I highly recomment Targus backpacks."
