"The issues experienced with the bag is the shoulder strap pad came unstitched on the first use but sent an e-mail to Targus and received an upgraded strap which works great. Also, the internal mesh pocket is not very durable and tears easily. Positives are all the compartments for storage & no issues placing a 17" laptop into the bag plus the rolling and extension handle are sturdy."

"Used it a few times for airport travel, then to/from office wheeling on city streets. So far, no issues. Its well-organized and sturdy, yet reasonably easy to wheel. I can also lift it by the extendable handle and I don't get the sense I'm breaking anything. It's pretty BIG though, but then again so is my laptop :)"

"Everything fits into the case. For my purposes it could be thinner (back to front) but this is the best fit for my purposes that I could find. High quality materials and workmanship. Provides excellent protection for the laptop and that's the most important thing the bag should do."

"Since I am on call for my application, whenever I go on vacation I have to take my work laptop. Because it is only for work, I also take my own laptop. This bag handles both laptops and their power cords, external mice, etc. fantastically."

"I am in nursing school and I have to bring my laptop and HUGE books with me everywhere. I bought this bag to help ease my back pain from carrying all of these things. This bag has been a lifesaver! It is really roomy. You can carry a serious amount of stuff in it and your computer is well protected. Easy to roll. If I could change one thing: I would want it to look a little more feminine. I am very happy with this purchase."
