"This is my third North Face backpack. The one I'm replacing this one with I carried for almost four years while the bag is still in usable condition it's nice to get a new bag. So far I love my Hot Shot. I haven't seen anyone with my color combo (Orange/Purple). I love the bright colors and I applaud The North Face for the updates it's been making to the backpacks. For instance I love the new neoprene laptop pocket, it's much more streamlined and really holds my laptop in place. The shoulder straps have also seen some nice revisions. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and even happier that I bought it significantly under retail. On the tags my bag came with it's retail price is $99 but I got it for $79 on here with free shipping."

"Personally, I prefer a bag with more organization pockets, and for me, this bag lacks of it. And, I hardly fit my Mac 13.3" into it. It is a hassle to get the laptop out and in the bag. I would have given the bag a 10 only if I could access my laptop easily."

"The main section of the backpack could be wider - my daughter can only fit in two high school books and a few notebooks, but the unique color scheme and design is amazing, as well as the durability. It should last her for the rest of her high school and college career."
