"the bag is a very nice back pack but way too smal for my granddaughter. She looked at the bag today (her birthday) and stated that it was way too small, I will be returning it and getting a bigger bag (woman's size) and in a different color (she likes purple) Thank you for your understanding and for the product that you sent me however, it willbe returned. Hope the next one will be what she is looking for."
