"This is an awesome backpack! I would recommend it to female college students for its three spacious compartments, style, durability, organization factor and everything else. Initially, I was iffy about ordering it because I thought the bag may be too big for me since I'm only 5 foot 2. However, the bag is a perfect fit. The only complaint I have is the back padding is extremely hard; it doesn't have soft cushion paddings. My back ached a lot during my first use, but after the first day, I got used to it and the bag became more comfortable. Overall I'd rate the bag 4.8/5.0. (:"

"I ordered this because I loved my earlier generation North Face Isabella; the female frame fits me well. This new Isabella holds a little less than my previous one, which is good for easy carrying (I'm quite short and bike with the backpack everywhere) but the downside is sometimes I can't fit everything I want into it. What I mainly dislike about this generation of the Isabella is: 1. It *feels* flimsier than earlier versions. Nothing has ripped or fallen apart though, so it may well be equally durable. 2. The waist belt. I buy North Face bags because I ALWAYS use the waist belt. This waist belt is really skinny, while my previous Isabella had a thick, padded waist belt. The thick padded ones are so much more comfortable and satisfyingly secure, like a seat belt. This one feels like a flimsy string."

"This is a wonderful bag that I highly recommend, especially for petite women. It is spacious without being unwieldy, has an assortment of pockets and is durable enough to accommodate a few hefty books without causing back strain."

"I really like the bag but it was for my granddaughter who found the bag quite small for all her books and folders that she has to carry daily back and forth to school. Unfortunately, the bag has to go bag because it just is not big enough for her. All in all I love the bag and like doing business with ebags and look forward to purchasing other item in the future"

"We really liked this bag. The only problem my daughter had it was a bit small. We were looking for something to travel with and because of the hard back it does not stretch much. If you are looking for a nice backpack, but smaller than average this backpack would be a good choice."
