"It was a tad small, even though it claimed to measure 20 in. in circumference. The wire that is meant to mould the hat into different shapes hardly bends and it took me a while to get it into any other shape than a flat hat. I find it too small for my tiny head, so I never wear it. Not a good use of my $30."
