"I love the hat, but the company, The Real Deal Brazil, not eBags, leaves something to be desired. NO COMMUNICATION! Numerous emails have gone unanswered! They claim to be "Real" but not even taking the time to answer email, just shows contempt for customers. I would not buy from them again, just for that reason."

"This hat is great. My husband bought one after watching Zombi Land, and he loves it, so I ordered one for my son. I ordered Large for him and it was tighter than we thought , so I re-ordered X Large for him. I kept the large for myself."
