"Received my bag quickly in perfect shape (Thanks Ebags!). When I first opened the box this bag looked too small for my needs - I carry books, bottled water, several medicine bottles, sunglasses, pens, flash drives, occasional WD Mybook HD and power/USB cord etc... This bag was to replace a Tom Bihn Medium Cafe Bag which was also a great bag but a straight forward messenger bag that had seen many yeard of reliable service. The Thule's design LOOKED amazing on the website but as I said, when I pulled it out of the box my first impression was "Oops, this is too small!" Then I started packing. Completely AMAZING! ALL of my gear fit, with a much smaller profile that helps me slither thru crowded subway trains and queues: the slim crossover design fits the bag and contents very close to the body - and the sling design is great for me as I use it to "swing" the bag to my back while standing or going thru a Metro gate, and then I "swing" the bag again to rest against my left underarm, chest, lap area when seated, or if my back is against a crowded subway train door. It may sound weird but this is a tremendous advantage to be able to securely move the bag's position, so me and my belongings never get caught or hung up with or on gates, passengers,etc...This bag is AMAZING! The material has a very heavy feel - I have not been caught in a rain but the description says "waterproof" and I believe it. The zipper pulls, the heavy duty wide strap, and the compartments, key fob attachment, etc...all have a sturdy feel - first rate! The small zip pocket on the shoulder strap seems to be an afterthought - too small to properly carry anything I can think of, and one can't put anything solid in there as it is instantly "felt" in a bad way when carrying the bag in the crossed over position. The two "handles" on the top and side of the bag are solid, very solid feel and positioned perfectly. This is clearly a well sorted out fashion forward and functional bag. Highly recommended."

"it is of great quality, but i have to constanty make adjustments to the shoulder strap and the velcro on the strap has ruined many of my shirts. i now cover my clothing with a towel, i wouldn't expect this from on of the lower end companies, surely not Thule."

"I bought this bag after using a Thule backpack for a while. I wanted to get rid of the two strap awkwardness of a backpack while finding a functional, roomy and easy to use sling. The reviews on this item were positive. Based on all of this info, I bought the bag with confidence - and within days, I was completely disappointed. First, NO, you cannot fit a normal sized cell phone in the zippered compartment on the strap, which was one of the main reasons I bought this bag. It is not very roomy once you put in a laptop. In fact, I had to remove items from the sling once the backpack was loaded. With the backpack in place, the bag slides very low on your back, mostly because the strap buckle does s terrible job staying set at the length you choose. The "you can swing it to the front easily" claim was also not true, because the edge of the thick end of the strap gets stuck on your coat, and the swinging part becomes awkward. Also, once you do swing it to the front, it's nearly impossible to get anything out of the zippered compartments, especially if you use the key hook, which is inside a zippered mesh compartment inside one of the outer zippered compartments. I've given this bag two weeks of trying every configuration of my daily items that I could, and it just plain doesn't work. This is a shockingly bad design from Thule."

"Cool bag, for sure; however, don't try to load it down. While the fabric seems tough and will withstand the abuse, the buckle will not keep the shoulder strap in place. Add too much weight (say more than 10 lbs), and the buckle will slide down the strap. In other words, you'll end up with the bag banging against your backside. Not good!"

"I am very pleased with this pack. Slings could always be a bit larger, but given comparables on the market, this is the perfect blend of size and durability by far. It is worth the extra financial investment compared to other packs available."

"Great bag, nice organization, great appearance. Hangs well, but may be a little bit big for the smaller framed person (my sister tested it)."
