Thule Crossover 32L Backpack 

"I am using this bag every day, but I bought it specifically to use as a carry-on bag for international travel. The laptop pocket is a bit snug for my full sized laptop, but I usually travel with a smaller one which fits in with room to spare. I like the separate IPad pocket very much. The main compartment is roomy enough for my camera and (if I decide not to pack them in my check-in bag) my binoculars, plus a bag for my snacks, contact lens case, glasses, inflatable pillow etc. I keep my phones in the crush proof pocket. The external side pockets are deep enough, so that items like water bottles and small umbrellas do not fall out. AND I LOVE e external pouch for holding a jacket, sneakers, or other odd objects. I had no idea how useful that would be. So far it has served me well. Main issues --- it is a very stiff bag! The shoulder straps are not soft or padded, some of the zippers on the smaller pockets are stiff, and the clips for adjusting the length of the shoulder straps are not easy to adjust. Some of that may change as the bag gets broken in. What will not change as the bag ages --- I wish ALL the compartments had 2 way zippers."
