"I bought 2 of these luggage sets in the charcoal gray, one for me and one for my husband. We don't travel a lot, so I didn't want to wrap up a lot of money in luggage. I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived as these sets seem sturdy and well put together for the pricepoint. All the zippers work very smoothly and don't catch on the inside fabric like some suitcases I've had in the past, and it wheels very smoothly. The expandable zipper is also a great feature - I plan on packing normally and then expanding it to get all my souvenirs home. Even expanded it's still within the carry-on restriction size. The small shoulder bag has a nice velcro and loop thing that fits over the telescoping suitcase handle to bind the two together, making it easier to cart things around through airports, etc. The dark charcoal color is almost black and has a nice texture and appearance. Overall I'm very happy with this little set. A great value!"

"This item looks good, packs well, but my first and only trip the carry on bag handle on top by the pull handle ripped off. I didn't even get to the airport before the handle came off. I had pulled into long term parking and the shuttle driver open the back door of my car, grabbed the handle to put the bag on the ground and one side of the handle came off the rivet. By the time I got home, I had pulled the other side off. I will be returning the bag."

"The suitcase handle broke the first time I used it. It wasn't heavy and I wasn't doing anything unusual. The metal connecting the handle to the vinyl suitcase connection twisted and snapped leaving a very sharp edge. Will be returning this item, and will not buy this brand again."
