"I purchased the Cambridge 20" looking for a hardsided spinner for my wife for our 4 week trip traveling very light, just two 20" bags and large purse and small collapsible backpack in total. This bag performed extremely well. .....Spinner was a help on trains and airplanes; small for buses, taxis, subways. No trouble on cobblestone streets - just go to two wheels. .....My wife pretty much stuffed it to capacity on the way home and no problems with the zippers. It was checked once on last leg home (might as well as you have to go through US customs first in Dulles in DC and by the time you do that your bag is on the carousel right by customs) and no worse for wear. .....My bag was a 20" very slightly lighter weight bag that held a tad more do to expandability of the fabric. I liked her's better overall. .....For the money, a great, durable, excellent lightweight performer...... All in all, an excellent bag. About as lightweight as I could find in a lower price range."

"Looks good, moves good, but the handle is flimsy when pulled up for rolling. Got a small dent in the top when the airlines insisted on checking my carry-on for a short flight. Have a few scratches as well as the ding, but not bad for traveling from California to Kenya and around Kenya."

"Could wish for outside pockets, but the ease of rolling it upright (my back is much happier) wins hands down. I just perch my purse/tote on top and off I go. I found it's easier to roll loaded than more lightly packed on carpeted surfaces -- not a tough requirement. it's lightweight and tough and keeps on ticking. After a lifetime of business travel, I am not easily impressed. But this bag is great value for the money."
