"Within 3 months the wheels fell off and the backpack frayed and tore. We appreciated the larger size for books and materials but the bag fell apart too quickly."

"I really like this rolling backpack for pulling my laptop, purse, umbrella and water bottle between buildings for meetings. I can even put my lunch bag in it for walking from the parking lot to work in the morning. It rolls very easily over parking lot bumps and curbs. The front zipper pocket works well for my daytimer and pens/pencils. The only downside to this backpack is that the extending handle collapses with any pressure at all put on it. The buttons have a very short extension when the handle is up and don't lock securely."

"Worst quality backpack ever. We bought two of them, one for each student (3rd and 5th grade). The legs on the bottom broke on both backpacks within a week of use. The zipper quality is poor. Screws falling out everywhere. DON'T BUY."

"Purchased this rolling book bag for my 6th grade son. The zipper, handle and straps broke after a month. Has plenty of pockets which was a plus for organization."

"Found that the pull handle would not stay up & lock securely. At times when I wanted to push it the handle would colaspe down on it"s own."

"I love the way the bag is taller than most others so the straps do not get caught in the wheels for easier rolling. I also love the price! It is about $20 cheaper than the others I have purchased. It is exactly like the photo and I would buy it again!"

"I love this backpack. It is the perfect size for me - I have a lot of books to carry. The wheels are so smooth, barely makes a bump or a noise over uneven surfaces."

"I like this wheeled backpack fine except for one thing - the extendable handle does not lock at the top so you can only drag and not push it. If you stop and rest your hand on it too hard, the handle pushes down. I don't know if they are all that way or if mine just has a bad handle, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone. If you are aware that the handle does not lock into place and you are fine with that, I think you will like this pack."

"Handle does not lift up and push down gently. Hard to work. Wheels don't roll well; back very uneven and jerky. I have severe arthritis & walk with a cane. Am very disappointed in this bag. My last bag lasted over 3 years. I can't stand this one."

"The product description indicated total length 44 inches. I misunderstood the meaning to be the length of the rolling pack with the handle extended. The actual length is 29 inches extended. That length is not adequate for me. I am 5' 7". I would have to stoop to use this item."
