"The bag seemed excellent and study but on the first use the handle would not retract back. Also, the bag does not have sufficient compartments. Disappointed!"

"The first time I bought this bag, it lasted 6 years before showing significant wear; this time, 6 months. Stitching is starting to split, holes are forming, fabric is fraying. I am severely disappointed in the lack of durability of this bag, especially since the first one was such a tank. The price dropped significantly from my first purchase, I guess the reason it dropped so much was the quality also dropped tremendously."

"This bag began to fall apart shortly after my son started using it. He is very rough on bags and he stuffs it with all his books but 1 month after school started the seems started to rip. It was a great price but it just doesn't hold up to very (and I mean very) rough use. A more gentler hand would get a better value."

"I have bought this bag for my 17' laptop and it fits pretty well. I have used it during my vacation and I did not need to carry anything on my hands as there are enough spaces that I can out my stuff in. One important thing is that, it is a bit heavy and if you are carrying stuff with you, it will be hard to carry as a backpack."

"I bought this for my son who is in middle school, and he loves it! He has so many books to bring home, and having the option to carry it or wheel it is great! I like the option to carry it on the back also(all features tuck away nicely), but my son thinks that is too much work to convert(lazy). But I can see using this for travel as well. Very well made and durable. After a years use in school, it is still like new. My only complaint is that my younger son wants one, but there are no other colors, and it would be nice for them to have different colors. I would like to have one for myself also, please add colors!"

"Haven't actually used it yet, but from what I can see so far I like everything about it except that the computer sleeve is inside the outer side of the pack, not the inner side (against one's back), making the pack seem less stable when inserting the laptop, and offering less protection to the laptop itself. What I like is: - it's a rolling backpack, offering me 2 ways of carrying it, depending on my need at any given time; - it's light enough for someone 5 feet 2 inches and 100 lbs to handle easily; - it holds my very large 17" screen laptop; - it has a number of organizational pockets (altho the zipper one and one for pens should be higher); - the colors go well with my red and black luggage. All in all, it's the only backpack I could find that met all of the requirements above. Thinks that could be improved: - I think I would prefer a dual pole handle, rather than the T-bar. - I had to ask my son how to store the backpack straps (they unclip and then tuck into the pocket below them) so directions would have been helpful. - I had no idea what the black polyester sleeve was in that same pocket - my son told me it was to cover the bottom wheels - but I'm not sure why anyone would want to do that - so that could use some explanation as well."

"The bag is wonderful for my use. I am using an older laptop for a research project and it fits inside without any problems. In addition, there is still enough room to put in my books and lunch pack. The wheels are great and the backpack straps are a lot stronger than my last bag."

"It is too wide at the bottom to get into the overhead on planes. I travel a couple of weeks a month on planes so I wanted a bag that would fit in the overhead of the commuter airlines."

"It was better than I expected. It fits neatly in the overhead or under the airline seat. The bag is light weight and durable. Easy to roll and bring through security areas. I would definitely recommend this bag for anyone who travels through airports."

"Ample space for my 4th grader grandsons homework, binders, water bottle, lunchbox and occasional textbook. He loves it and the t-bar handle is sturdy enough for his rough and tumble demeanor."
