"This luggage is easily identified, light, and rolls well on non carpeted floors. Unfortunately all of the positives were negated after only one trip abroad even with "special handling" accompanying business/first class air ticketing. The major flaw in the design and construction quality is the very weak attachment of the four bumper blocks on each suitcase which are supposed to protect the case while upright on these bumpers. These bumpers are each attached by two screws from within the case and outside of the lining, and either the screws are too short or the predrilled holes in the bumpers are not able to maintain the screws in place. This resulted in a bumper being pulled off, and thus two rather large holes formerly filled with the screws were open from the outside to the inside. These holes allowed rain to penetrate the interior while the luggage was on the tarmac, and potentially any other invaders such as bugs, etc. My attempts to resolve this construction dilemma have failed after many weeks of attempting to get the replacement parts to try to fix this problem myself, Even after I received several new bumpers and screws, I now know, it is impossible to tighten the units sufficiently to prevent the further loss of these bumpers with future use. The screws did not come with the required washers, and since the head of the screw goes through the hole completely without the washer, the fix is impossible. The bumpers still intact are not tight and are moveable, and the screws cannot be tightened anymore. I expect that other bumpers will soon be pulled off resulting in two open holes for each lost bumper. Thus if all four bumpers are lost per case, there would be 8 holes in the case. Again a very poor design and very cheap attempt to provide a quality bumper guard protection. Unfortunately, I have not received any help from eBags customer service who only refer me to Traveler's Choice for a resolution to this problem. Beware of this product's quality."

"After reading all the favorable reviews, I purchased the 29 inch spinner. I was very pleased with the look of the piece and the bright yellow stands out. On my first use of the case, the handle pulled right off from one side and cracked on the other. The bag was not over loaded either. With the contents that I packed the total weight was only 35 pounds. It is important to mention that I did not even make it to airport with handle in tact. The handle broke while lifting the case into the taxi. I may have received a defective suitcase. My sister had purchased the same case in red and hers made the whole trip and returned overloaded."

"I really like this luggage set. Thee Sedona 3 piece set is a sturdy set that has survived a couple of trips. I check the bags with the airlines so they have some black marks on them but that is to be expected. They are easy to use and do a good job of protecting my possessions. I also like the locks built in to the suitcases as it is one less thing I have to take with me on a trip. I bought this set in blue and yellow. The yellow set did not have the pockets in the dividers like the blue set did - I'm not sure why the difference but overall it is a good set of luggage."

"Such a shiny pretty blue. After one trip, there were a few scratches, which I expected would happen. There was a large dent on one end that prevented full extension of the handle. When I unpacked, I was able to push the dent out from the inside. Like it never even happened. I wanted to use the expandable feature, but that would have pushed the weight of the bag to the penalty 50 lb plus weight."

"The dual wheel spinners and the color, are what I like most about this set of luggage. I got the set that this site and others label as "Navy". But the bags are really bright pure blue and not navy at all, more like the picture. The bright blue really stands out and looks shiny, even after two cross country flights. They seem durable and tough, and they have pockets and straps that help keep things nicely separated. This is my first hard sided set of luggage and I'm happy with all 3 pieces."

"I really love this set of luggage. I took it on a cruise last fall, and other trips this year. Has held up well, and lightweight even when full. Lots of good comments from other travelers on how it looks. Rolls well, and gets through the airport without problems."

"I purchased this set for my wife after I had used an identical set that was sold under the Coleman brand. I have had my coleman set for almost 18 months now and I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of construction, durability, and design. My set has been on multiple trips overseas as well as monthly trips domestically. After 18 months of use and approximately 30 trips overall, the set only shows some scuffing. The wheels, zippers, and handles still function like they did when I first received them. Surprisingly, on our last trip, one of my wife's bags appeared at baggage claim with a significant dent in the shell. I thought for sure that it was permanently damaged because the dent was on the corner of the bag. Amazingly, I was able to open the full bag, slip my hand in and push out the dent without much effort. It made a loud pop which caused everyone in the claim area to turn and look. There was no permanent damage. In fact, you could not tell that there was ever a dent."

"The overall look of this luggage is great. There are a few pockets which help separate items. A slim pocket for travel documents on the outside would be helpful. The spinners work smoothly. The luggage is lightweight and seems to be pretty durable."

"We got this set in red to replace yet another too-damaged-to-rapair piece of ABS luggage. For whatever reason, the hard-sided luggage really takes a beating in baggage handling and we've found that the area adjacent to the wheels is the most common area for the material to fail and crush. We're swapping to the slicker polycarbonate material that's supposed to flex more and pop back out upon impact and we're hopeful that will be the case. We love the light weight luggage and the spinner capability is excellent. Handle height can be a problem for us, but these are not too short. We prefer the brighter colors to avoid mix ups and even though we expect the slick exterior to scuff, so long as it doesn't fail, we're expecting and will accept that cosmetic issue (as other reviewers note). Bottom line for us was the option to expand a bit if needed for the return trip and the hard side (to repel water when luggage is left on a rainy tarmac) and light weight. New locks are super cool, but for sure, keep the instructions."

"We purchased this luggage because our old luggage was falling apart and had been mishandled at the airport so many times, it was unable to be used anymore. The price for this set was a great value compared to the regular price at other sites. I was also pleasantly surprised with the durability thus far. We threw them around pretty roughly and they look great. The wheels are amazing and make it so easy to push/pull them. Overall, A+ and I would purchase this brand again in the future."
