Travelon Packing Cube - Small 

"This item was fine as were the others I purchased and didn't return. I'd love to rate the duffle that I returned to warn folks the size is mislabeled, but Ebags isn't letting me. My conclusion is that the website software they use has limited functionality (even as I write this, the character count isn't functioning). I went to the "rate your items" link to no avail; this review is in response to an email that asks me to rate just one of the items purchased. I had purchased several items at Ebags and one of them (a duffle) was mislabeled as to size, so the ones I received were smaller than I needed. I tried to exchange, but didn't find an option to do so on the Ebags website, so I used the return option (my logic was returning is the first step to exchanging). I then emailed and was told that since I processed a return, I couldn't exchange: end of story. Since I took advantage of a special that involved a discount, I am concerned that I won't receive the full refund. I expressed concern about this in my email to customer service but got ignored. We'll see what happens. It's too bad. Ebags' prices were good (especially given the special) and the order processing was super prompt. But I am reluctant to re-order because it just doesn't seem Ebags quite has it's act together in terms of customer service. My hope is someone from the company will read this review and take some steps so others don't go through this process."
