"I was a big fan of this bag when I got it initially. It was easy to pack, with the pockets and suiter fitting well within the body of the bag and allows clothes easy organization. After that point, a very poor experience. The bag would tip forward very easily - at the slightest touch or even when coming to a stop to stand the bag upright. Over it would go. Even worse, when I took the bag out of the ovearhead compartment of the plane, it would want to naturally tip over when just attempting to put the bag on the ground. I will give it a big plus because it fit into the overhead very nicely. The only time when this bag would consistent stay upright is when I had by laptop bag sitting on top of the bag, I guess the weight balanced the bag out. I would not recommend purchasing this bag, even though it looks great and is a great value. The tipping problem is just very awful. I replaced this bag with the flight attendant version, the Travelpro FlightCrew4 22" Expandable Rollaboard Suiter. It was the same price as this bag, does not tip, and is the line of Travelpro that airline crews purchase. This version is the retail line for TP."

"This bag is great, it's not black so it stands out and is easy to identify, amongst all the black bags. It seems to be very durable and well laid out, while I have yet to use the removable suit section, it'll come in really handy when I do need it. Finally, one of the best things that I like about it is that it is just a tiny bit smaller than the maximum allowed size, so it fits all the things I need for a week, while still fitting in any overhead. On one occasion, it was not overstuffed, so I was able to fit it into the overhead of a CRJ200 - for anyone who knows what that means, I am sure that is impressive."

"Looks good. Appears well made. But in terms of stability it is a DISASTER. Stands up straight when empty. Falls forward when packed. The center of gravity is off - stabilizers are too close to the wheels, not forward enough. Bag has been flat on its face in the San Francisco airport, Newark airport - and on a ferry dock in Venice in the rain. I would like a refund or exchange for a better designed bag."

"PROS: High quality materials, smaller footprint compared to other 'Crew' bags and carry-ons. CONS: Not stable, falls over, when loaded to capacity or with add-a-bag strap in use. Have used TravelPro bags for many years - business travel. They are well built and hold up to a heavy use. This is my third 'Crew' bag and it functions as one would expect. I am pleased with it and plan on purchasing another when the time comes. For those of you who have used the Crew 7 and other TP bags you will notice a couple differences when compared with the Crew 9. The Crew 9 bag is generally smaller and more compact. The 'suiter' layout is different- not necessarily better but smaller and more compact. No pockets for shoes. However a couple small misc. pockets on the vertical sides. It does 'expand' by unzipping the outermost seam- however this only exasperates the bags tendency to tip over when heavily loaded. In general this bag is excellent. My only criticism- the bag will fall over when loaded to capacity or while using the add-a-bag strap. Not a deal-breaker, however could be easily fixed by adjusting the angle/location of the stand-up-pegs on the bottom of the bag. (come on TP fix this niggle) Great bag for the business traveler- this is a great carry-on bag. Not for extended stay type travel- however for those of us who travel 3-5 days at a time, this one fits the bill."

"I just received this suitcase and the handle won't come up when filled with clothes unless I keep playing with it and force it. Unfortunately I can't return for a month or so. Please check yours carefully before setting out on a trip."

"Have not used the suitcase yet, but am extremely pleased with appearance and most especially quality of construction. While it is not extremely lightweight I don't mind the lb or 2 difference for better construction and ease of use."

"I now understand TRAVEL PRO product is average at best, I thought I was getting a value but similar to the other 3 TravelPros I own, its consistent with lesser quality and workmanship as compared to Samsonite. I have gone back to my 6 year old 22" Samsonite, that out performs the new "UnTravel Pro", I purchased from your company."
