"This roller bag is THE BOMB. (Although I wouldn't describe it that way to security). I found that it holds lots of clothes, is light and very easy to roll. It is my first spinner bag and I will never go back. My custom is to pop on a pedometer and work off my Cinnabon by walking five miles around an airport during layovers. Because it has four wheels, I don't have to pull it behind me, but rather can just guide it along next to me. Fantastic! I love that the outside compartment has a special quart-sized pouch for your quart-sized liquids bag. So easy to take out and put back. That outside compartment is also the exact size of a folded newspaper. Genius! I know some people have complained about the zipper, but I find that if everything is lined up properly, there is no problem. The color is pretty blah which is why I'm planning on channeling my inner Van Gogh with some fabric paint. But you can't go wrong with this bag: handles on the top, the side AND the bottom. My husband is lusting after it. Perhaps he will feel differently after I "art" it up."

"This is the perfect sized carry on bag in which to place all my electronic gear that seem to plague my packing choices... It holds my laptop, camera, portable gps, iPods, Bose Headphones, Tablet, Color Nooks, DVD case, and all the associated cables, cords, and chargers for everything electronic. It also ends up being the recipient for files, magazines, work related folders, jackets, travel pillow/blanket, and even manages to hold a small insulated bag for snacks/sanwiches for the flight. I used to try to hold all this "stuff" in a back pack. This is MUCH better! There is a very convenient handle on the bottom, matching the one on top and the one on the side to facilitate lifting it to the overhead bin on the plane. I'm under five feet tall, so being able to lift this bag without a struggle made these handles an important feature. It is lightweight, even packed with all my "stuff", so it makes the perfect carry on companion for my travels. The fact that it is a Spinner means no undue pressure on your shoulders from having to pull it behind you and no hunched over from hauling a backpack. Great bag with lots of pockets for organizing carry on items!!! Highly reccomend!!!"

"One of the wheels started wobbling in a couple of weeks of usage... making the bag highly unstable...quality also doesnt seem to be that good.. threads have started to come out already"

"I'll preface this by saying that it's not the first Travelpro, spinner or 20" luggage in the family, but it's my least favorite on all fronts. Pros: The bag has an adequate layout, a large outer pocket, a smooth 4-wheel ride and a long handle. Cons: It doesn't hold nearly as much as our other 20" bag. I thought it might be my imagination, so I actually unpacked this bag, repacked it all into the other bag, and still had room to spare. Also, though there is an expander zipper, it expands so little as to be largely useless (the description says 1 1/2", but my tape measure records it at approximately 3/4", and that does not go around the entire circumference of the bag). Expanded, I could fit in an extra pair of women's size 8 jeans, nothing more. And by adding that small bit of expansion, the bag becomes front-heavy, tipping over with surprising frequency. In contrast, our Samsonite spinner bag expands around the middle, keeping it stable enough for my 6-year-old to push it, no matter how overstuffed. I'm wishing that I'd noticed these issues before embarking on my trip. Is it adequate? Yes, but hardly as good as the bag that it's replacing or other bags in the family arsenal."

"It fits in almost all over head bins and hold almost everything I need and sturdy enough to check if I need to. The only thing I wish it had was a small pocket where I could put my travel documents. THe large pocket is great for sweaters and light coats when travelling across climates, but there is no where convenient to put papers that I need to access quickly."

"My daughter is involved with travel teams for lacrosse and as a result we have begun hopping to tournaments around the country several times a year. We purchased this spinner to accommodate the gear and clothing changes she requires for 2-3 days of sports activities. The hope was to fit the uniforms, cleats and twice as much street clothes as you need (~5 days). She is able to cram all of that into this this expandable bag without much issue. The bag is light and easy to handle, the spinners work effortlessly and it will roll away from you on a driveway or parking lot, so keep a hand on this baby at all times. The wheel diameter is good, we have been able navigate the gaps in elevators dating all the way back to the 1930's as well as people mover and escalator on/off ramps without getting stuck. The bag has been able to fit in the overhead bins, wheel first on both 737 and 757. When the expansion is unzipped the overhead compartment fit is real tight, but workable. All handles are easy to grab when placed in the overhead bin and feel secure. Here's a tip for lacrosse travel, you can fit at least 2 heads in the inside mesh pocket. This keeps the heads out of the packing area and allows them a bit of movement as the pocket area gets compressed when stowed."

"Since I just had my fifth back surgery, I needed a carry-on which I could maneuver easily, yet which would also fulfill my packing needs. I bought and returned two other types of bags before deciding that the Travelpro Maxlite 2 20" Exp Spinner was the perfect bag. I have bought Travelpro luggage in the past, and that suitcase is still in good use. However, as I want to be able to pack my suitcase in the overhead bin for international and domestic flights, this bag suits my needs perfectly."

"l have a Travelpro carry-on, but due to a shoulder injury, it was hard to pull it. When I saw this Travelpro spinner, I was happy and placed my order. It is much easier to roll, especially at my side. And I love the fact that it has handles on both the top, side and bottom. However, my only criticism is that the handle on top does not lie flat when not in use and when I try to stack my purse or computer bag on top of the Maxlite, it slides off. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase."

"So far I have just used it once. I love it! Roomy, easy to fit everything in and it handled nicely on the spinner wheels! I could pack for 3-4 days and still go with computer if I planned carefully in this carry-on."

"Sturdy, beautifully made, I wish it had a flat back pocket for papers that would not take up extra space. Also, in what universe would this measure 20", maybe without the wheels and handle. It does not wheel as freely as I would like on carpet in some airports and not at all on thicker carpet in good hotels, but it does wheel better than the last one I had of a different brand."
