"I purchased this because I have Travel Pro luggage. During first use on overnite business trip, both screws in the handle fell out; one at airport, one at hotel. I called Ebags from hotel, when 2nd screw fell out, and they immediately shipped another bag to my home, which arrived in 2 days. I returned defective bag. Ebags was hassle-free and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat! They honor their commitment. Disappointed in Travel Pro, since they manufacture quality luggage. I would buy Travel Pro again, though since this is my first bad experience. Have not used the replacement bag as yet, but hope I have no further issues. Handle design needs to be improved. Screws cannot be put back in once they fall out."
