"This was one of two rollaboards I bought to replace one that had served faithfully for 20 years. This one, however, is not deep enough or wide enough to be able to pack 4 days' worth of casual clothing (capris, t-shirts, boyfriend sweaters, 3 pairs of shoes, a couple of scarves and bathroom necessities). This one strikes me as a much better weekender than short business trip. That said, the quality looked great, and the color and weight were all good. If it could have fit my clothing (all of which were in my original piece of luggage), I would definitely have kept it."

"I bought this to replace my International Traveller carry-on which was beginning to show it's mileage. I am used to a two-compartment case, and I loved the IT's frameless design, but I need a good sturdy case for my frequent business travel and I have read good reviews of the Travelpro brand. I won't lie - I do miss some of the IT's organizational pockets. But with my packing folders to compensage, I find the Walkabouts single main compartment very roomy and sufficient for a 3-4 day business trip. The business pocket on the outside was very convenient for my iPad and keyboard, but I haven't tried it on my laptop yet. The bag is amazingly light and the quality of the hardware and fabric is top-notch. The bag is very balanced and VERY smooth rolling. I don't feel at all slighted by not getting a spinner case - the wheels on the spinners take up too much valuable room in the overhead, and this case is so balanced and smooth I have no problem maneuvering it. My only complaints are two-fold - lack of color choices and depth. I have the blue Walkabout, but my copper IT case was much easier to find in the gatecheck line. And the depth of the case, while it is roomy, means I do have to gatecheck the bag more often - it would otherwise fit in almost ALL overheads, but it is too deep from some of the smaller equipment. Overall I am VERY happy with the value for the price and am looking forward to several years good use out of this bag."

"Have used this piece of luggage a few times now traveling for work. Fits in overhead cabin easily, lightweight. Good for a 3-4 day trip, with extra room. Like the laptop pocket in the front also, to save from carrying a separate laptop bag."
