"I'm kicking myself for not returning it after the first trip. I read the negative reviews and bought it anyway because this bag has everything I wanted: 20" to fit in the overhead, expandable for lots of paperwork, spinner for standing in the immigration line, and the bonus of a wide body. And it's a good brand. The negatives for me: It tips over VERY easily with just one suit in the suiter and nothing in the front pockets. The wheels do not roll easily. And the first time I gate-checked on a commuter jet, one wheel disappeared. I'll see what Travelpro offers for the warranty. But I certainly don't want another one of these."
