"Good appearance, good overall fabric but horrible on details. The previous bag lasted over 4 years and I just decided to change because of "looking old and worn out". The new one looked good but once it was received I tried the zipper on the lower pocket, bag empty, the handle came off on my hands!!! The leather logo came off on the first trip... The fasteners on top are of a better design but came with spurious pieces of plastic, as if no quality control on components. Overall, a bad experience as if the brand is trading down. It is a sad statement."
