"The quality and craftsmanship of this bag is typical top-notch Tumi. While being much more compact than my older Tumi Alpha Laptop Messenger, it holds everything I need for work everyday. It carries my HP8460W (14.1") laptop in the T-PASS section, power adapters and cables in the accessory pouch which I put in the larger front u-zip pocket, Tumi Alpha Letter Pad (#19280) in the main compartment button down pocket, Tumi Medium Auto-Close Umbrella (#14415) or 20 ounce bottle in the smaller lined front u-zip pocket, and pens, small note pad, phone charger/cable, keys, and small cologne bottle in the larger front u-zip and its organization pockets. The T-Pass feature has been extremely convenient at the security checkpoints at the airport, and the add-a-bag sleeve is great for stacking the brief on the handle of my Tumi carry-on. The few minor changes I would make: (1) include more than one pen organization slot, since most probably carry more than one pen. (2) have a larger elastic pocket (able to fit larger smartphones) in the quick access pocket (between front u-zips and main compartment). (3) make the ID tag larger (as in most other Tumi products) to fit a standard business card. I currently own 8 other Tumi products, but I use this the most (well except for my Tumi wallet) since I carry it every day for work, and it has been great."

"The bag is awesome. The back pocket allows the bag to sit nicely on top of my carry-on. It is also nice to not have to take your laptop out (in some places they still want you to though) going through the xray. The only downside is that I felt the bag strap is a short and it felt a little wierd carrying it on my shoulder."
