"PROS: Durable. A lot of pockets for organization. Perfect size for air travel. CONS: Expensive. Suit compartment unusable. Read other reviews and decided to try. Upon first use. Went on a week long business trip and straight to a wedding engagement out of town for the weekend. Each time the suit came out looking like I had rolled-it up and carried it in a back pack. Wrinkled and unwearable. Each time, I had to send out for a press or when I didn't have time, I had to iron them to wear. It was frustrating and unexpected for such a reputable product. "I thought the price was high, but I assumed that the quality was worth the price. The bag arrived in a timely fashion. The bag looked good but the handle would not pop out. I had to bang on the handle and hold the bag upside down to get the handle out a little bit so I could pry it out. Good luck if you are considering a TUMI."

"I've been looking for a 20 inch wheeled suitcase that was vertical in orientation (so it rolls through airplane aisles), had a removable garment sleeve, and also had a front pocket for a laptop. This pretty much fits that. It is expensive, but I've gone through a lot of different brands of suitcases and I have to say the Tumi quality is very good. You notice it in things like the seams, which are well sewn and taped. There are two side pouches in this bag, both zipped, that don't really show up in photos because they are integrated in the lining. The garment sleeve is handy and very light weight. The laptop compartment is ok for padding, especially on the bottom, and can be used for other things if you don't need it for a laptop when traveling. The handle for wheeling the bag is spring loaded, so when it is locked in place you push the button and it pops out - yet is in a deep enough whell that it won't pop accidentally. Another nice touch. I've never had to worry about lost luggage yet, but the Tumi tracer program is a nice bonus and worth something. All in all, I'm very pleased with this and will be using it for most/all trips I make."
