"I love the bag, but hate the quality and the experience of trying to have it repaired. Positives: The size of the bag is perfect. Fits in an international overhead and on train overheads as well. Plenty of room and an excellent internal layout. The fact that it expands is super as I occasionally come home with more than I left with. Negatives: The stitching at one of the corner seams pulled on the 2nd or 3rd time I used it and has continued to expand. I used the bag a few more times and I had it fully loaded when one of the wheels seemed to bend and now it doesn't roll smoothly. I contacted eBags but it was a month after the eBag return option. I then contacted TUMI directly and their return policy is quite onerous. I could send it to them at my expense or I could take it to the TUMI store where they might charge me for "service". Because I use this bag 3-4 days a week, every week and I'd thrown away my old bag, I'm in a difficult position. Do I just keep using this until it dies or do I take a few hours out of work to take it to the local TUMI store (I'm in Paris) and then not have access to it for weeks while it is repaired? I have two Briggs & Riley bags that I've had for 10+ years and they have 10 times more mileage than this little TUMI and have been treated far more roughly as I've had to check them. Would I buy this bag again? NEVER! Do I trust TUMI and want to do additional business with them? NO! If the quality and service had been up to what I'd expect from TUMI I'd buy this bag again in a second."

"There is a paucity of reviews on this item, so I'll detail the pro's and con's of this bag. I've recently become more committed to traveling on 2-3 day business trips where I need a couple of suits and associated clothing/accessories. Carrying my suitor plus a roll was a pain, so my primary objectives were finding a bag that was a roll-on and had a built in suitor. When you see how small the bag is (based on spec's), you'll wonder if it can truly fit "everything." I am a size 44R in my suit, wear size 11 shoes, and am 5ཆ" - I managed to fit in my shoes, 2 suits, a toiletry bag, 3 shirts, 1 sweater, a pair of jeans, 3 tshirts, 4 underwear, and a pair of workout shorts (plus 2 tshirts) into the bag. Key features I love: 2" expansion zipper (helped squeeze in everything), the built-in-suitor, and the exterior organization pockets. Tumi build and quality as well! Cons: the alpha series (more expensive), has a few cubic inches more space for packing, and has about 0.5" width, so would be nice if this bag had that; T-tech fabric a little less "resilient" than alpha series. BUT, I paid $178 for this bag (shipped); alpha series bags are $500+, and the normal price is $300. So for the price, this bag is a steal for the international/domestic traveler!"

"I travel several times a year to and from Asia. One of my increasing concerns is having to gate check your bag because it's too big for the carry-on dimensions (14x22x9). I've noticed China Air is getting more aggressive on these rules. This is one of the few bags that actually goes under those dimensions, or right at them inclusive of the handles and wheels. So many bags claim to be carry-on size, but frequently they don't meet the dimensions above and then you still need to add another three or so inches for the wheels and handle. But this bag is perfect. Relatively light weight. Surprisingly roomy. Lots of storage compartments and zippers. The handle extends a good amount so as you're walking the bag doesn't hit your heel. The fabric has held up well for the past few times I've used it. And the craftsman ship seems top notch. Overall, a highly recommended bag."

"This is a great carry-on. Fits in the overhead compartment and I can fit a ton in it. I recently took it on a 3-business trip and I couldnt believe how much I could get into the bag. Several pairs of pants, shirts, a sport coat, etc. It holds a lot and in my opinion, is worth the price. Plus it's a Tumi. It offers great features and is well constructed. I'm glad I purchased it and will brag about it for months to come."

"I really like the quality of this bag. Everything from the handle to the wheels, zippers, etc seem quality and durable. The size is great for a few days but not much more. The perfect carry-on solution as it goes easily into even smaller overheads."

"Great looking, lightweight, well-organized, good size for a two-day trip or longer when expanded. Fits in all overhead compartments that I have encountered, and in most US overhead compartments even when expanded. The durability seems to be fine, but doesn't seem to be as strong as Tumi's more expensive offerings, and the 1/5-year warranty is not as good as the lifetime warranty offered elsewhere, but this is an excellent bag for the price and I would definitely buy another one from the Presidio line."

"I'm very pleased with the bag and my only negative would be the price. The bag is well built and fairly stylish... And the price is reasonable for a Tumi."

"Lightweight. Holds a lot, particularly if using the zipper for expandable space. Works very well with the matching carry-on tote."
