"This item is a nice item however, what I received was only ~25" and the one I ordered was suppose to be 36" I did not want to pay for shipment return and exchange so I am not happy that I received 'the wrong item'. The website and operator said, yes, the measurements were 34"x16"x15" and the item received is substantially smaller. If I reordered this item not sure I would get the correct size, so am not satisfied."

"The quality and appearance are very good. The volume is enormous. I like the shoe pocket to help keep my traveling clothes unsoiled. I have one change which I would suggest: I think a locking zipper for the main chamber would be advantageous. I drilled holes in the two pull tabs of the double zipper and these will lock the duffel, but a design of a lockable, interlocking zipper (like that found on most luggage) would be better."

"I like this bag quite a bit. Seems well built, yet light weight. I wish that each zippered compartment had two zippers, so that the compartment could be opened from either direction or closed in the middle (of the zipper). Only one of the compartments has this feature. The bag does have lots of different sized pockets to place your valuables."

"I bought this bag for my son who is a catcher for his high school baseball team. It has ample room for his catching equipment and batting equipment, and still has room for clothing, cleats, turf shoes, and cold weather outer wear. He can throw everything in and still have room to easily zip it and carry it on his shoulder. Very durable so far. He has used catcher's bags and bags with wheels, but this one is a keeper! Best gift ever!"
