"I purchased this duffle for a trip that I'll be taking in one week so I can't say how this bag will hold up but I am impressed with the quality at this point. It is a sturdy feeling duffle, but only weighs about one pound. I purchased it for the size and light weight as I fly with travel on bags only and I'll be flying on Royal Jordanian airlines which has a very strict carry on policy for both size and weight. I'm limited to 15 lbs and I did not want to give up any more weight than I had to. This bag fits everything I will need. The U-shaped opening makes it very easy to pack and unpack. There is one small pocket inside to keep small items at the top of the bag and the large external pocket is perfect for my liquids bag, travel pillow and a book, etc. All in all, so far, I'm thinking this will hold up for many trips to come and I like the way it looks too. It also has a very sturdy and nicely padded shoulder strap so it seems very comfortable, even when toting a heavy load. I would recommend this duffle."

"I bought this bag to hold workout clothes. I'm a big guy and was worried it might be too small for my clothes. I can fit a XXXL heavyweight hooded sweatshirt, XXL sweatpants, t shirt, shorts, socks, and shoes with plenty of room to spare. This weekend, I used it as luggage on a trip and, coupled w/ eBags' packing cubes, fit three days worth of clothes plus some gifts for the nieces and nephews. The U opening on top allows easy access to contents and makes it easy to dig around and find things as you want them. The zippers are sturdy and smooth. The handles are attached securely and velcro together into a comfortable hand hold. The should strap is wide and stays in place. The shoulder strap clips are plastic but seem well made. One ventillated zippered side pocket isn't big enough for my shoes, but will fit a damp shirt or small towel. I'm very happy with this bag."
