"This luggage set is very well built. It has been durable so far. I just traveled from US to South America twice and it certainly withstands the poor treatment that the airport bag handlers give it. I like that all of the bags have some form of attachment, so I take the two bigger ones together to make it easier to haul away. My husband and I found that the bigger suitcases combined are enough for us. We had around 30kg together. I like that the bags are expandable and they have so many organization features like the pockets for the shoes. The small boarding bag is enough for a laptop computer 15.6" and some other stuff like a book and some papers, even a winter coat. I think it would be more comfortable to have a carry-on that fits under the plane seat, since it is a hassle to bring two bags, I might be buying one like that. I really enjoy the build of the suitcases and they are easy to spot in the airport (I got the blue ones). I like the handles that stop so you can easily support yourself on them while waiting on that long airport line. I suggest some packing cubes or airless packing bags to improve packing space and help organization. I would definitely buy these all over again. Cheaper than anything you can find in a store and more durable."

"I got a red and a blue set for my parents. The blue set was fine... The red set(the largest bag)I had started to put some things in it. I zipped the bag and went to lift it by the top handle and the studs came out and the handle came off. Tried to put the studs back in, but it didn't work. If it had not been for the fact that we were leaving in 2 days,I would have sent it back."

"Really great luggage set. Perfect for Traveling for work or pleasure. The set gives me 2 checked bags, a carry-on and a travel tote which is perfect for a week to 10 day travel stay. The quality seems to be top-notch."

"I have not yet gotten to use this item, since I just purchased this item for my honeymoon, which isn't till next week. So, maybe you should include (not used yet) in your how frequently used option. As for looks, it is as described, and I feel I got a really good deal. I'm hoping they hold up, as well as they look, but only time will tell. I have read other reviews were things broke quickly like the zippers. I'm hoping that will not be the case for my family. Over all so far, everything looks good. Thanks"
