"For me, this is the "Goldilocks" bag. I've been through a few computer cases, looking for just the right combination of size, portability, storability, protection, convenience, style, and quality. For the most part, this bag checks all the boxes. It holds my 13" Macbook Pro with a little room to spare, I can carry cables, power brick, headphones, flash drives, business cards, notebook, magazine, etc. with relative convenience because of the numerous pockets. I like the vertical orientation as I can carry it on one shoulder or sling it across my body when hustling through the airport. It's flexible enough that I can shove a bottle of water and a couple of energy bars in it for eating on the plane. It has good quality hardware, nicely designed and sturdy buckles, and durable material with just enough stiffness that it won't flop over. The shoulder strap is a bit thin, but seems relatively strong; the leather covered handles give a nice, reassuring grip. One comment on the pockets: there's a shallow pocket on the front secured with a magnet. I thought it would be useless, but the magnet actually works pretty well; I just wish it was a bit deeper. As it is, it works well for carrying quick access items like boarding passes or hand sanitizer. The bag looks professional and understated, and would probably work well for a man or a woman; although it's leans toward the masculine side. It's not stuffy and conservative looking, but also not trendy or cheap looking. This is my first Victorinox bag as the prices usually kept me away. On sale, I think this bag offers pretty good value. It's still not cheap, but neither is paying for the 3 cheaper bags sitting in my closet."

"Very stylish. Simple and classic. A little smaller than previous bag, but was able to accommodate most needed items. Very happy with purchase."

"This is my second Swiss Army vertical laptop briefcase. It is slightly wider (I think about an inch) than the 2.0 version."
