"Pockets, inside is all great. The handle came apart and became stick inside the bag on the fourth business trip under normal travel conditions. That's four trips and one broken handle. I am working with the company for a repair but they are being less than helpful. We'll see how it goes but I can't recommend this item based on my overall experience with this brand to date."
