"First, I'd like to clarify that, while I rated this product negatively, I really liked the basic luggage tag itself. My one and only negative, which makes this product almost useless, is the wire attachment mechanism for the tag. I used this product for 1 trip, but it didn't make it back on my bag, which, for a luggage tag, is a very negative thing. I don't know whether the wire was sheered off during luggage handling or the clasping mechanism basically detached, allowing it to fall off. However, whichever way it happened, it was not acceptable. Victorinox needs to engineer a different attachment mechanism - either with a different, locking clasping mechanism, or a single, loop-style band. If they did that, I would buy this tag again."
