"Overall, good quality and construction. BUT I recommend two main improvements: (1) Make the bag is a bit larger, 1/2 inch wider and 1/2 inch taller, enough to fit a folded Letter size paper without crunching the edges. (2) Make the water bottle holder is 1/2 - 1 inch taller to hold the regular size water bottle more secure."

"Handsome bag with plenty of useful pockets to organize items. Fits a compact camera/case, sunglass case and guide book easily in main compartment. Adjustable strap with internal wire for security is reassuring when strolling around NY, DC or SF. Exterior zippered pouch fits an outdated cell phone, though may have trouble with an iphone or BB. However, there are other compartments for a smartphone if necessary. Zippered pouch for water bottle is very handy. Overall and excellent bag with style!"
