"This is the second Zip-Around Wallet I have purchased. It is tough. It is durable, and I love it. But is does have a down side which is offset by a lifetime warranty. The first wallet lasted over 3 years before the zipper failed, the zipper is it greatest liability. This second wallet is built slightly different than the first and the zipper action is less smooth than the first wallet. Time will tell but I feel the rough action of the zipper on the second wallet may cause it to fail before its time, if it does I'll just return it and get another one for free. I probably won't be spending anymore money on wallets in my life. Thank You Victorinox"

"It is stiffer than the originial. It almost feels like cardboard or something must be inside the nylon."

"Good wallet but the zipper is not so strong, mine wore out in December after getting this one to save the older model that i have used longer without any problems I got it for about 8 months before part of the zipper teeth's just broke off. despite that i will still buy victorinox cause of there quality, i will like to see a aluminum zipper instead of the plastic ones some how the plastic ones wear out faster. but i really like this wallet and i own allot of products from this company."

"Overall - a really good wallet for the price. Definately not the most durable - but my husband, who is a heavy equip. mechanic, uses for an everyday wallet and is very hard on wallets, with all the grit and grim. But for the average user - would be a really good tough wallet !"
