"Item looked very good when first out of the box. I have used the bag for 2 trips and it is very scratched, and one corner was caved in. While we were able to punch it out to some degree, there is still a dimple in it and scratches. While I know you cannot be held accountable for the airline's handling of the bag, I believe that at least in part, the softness of the plastic used to make the product led to some damage. I understand this is probably done to make the bag lighter, but the end result is I have an expensive bag that, after 2 trips looks terrible."
