"The wheel and axle component broke off in my trip to Italy. With no service centers around, I had to drag this bag around. Mind you I wasn't packing bricks in the suitcase either. This is the second Victorinox Werks bag that has had an issue with the wheel. My smaller carryon case suffered a wheel issue when the plastic wheel just broke in half. -- You really do get what you pay for. After suffering with wheel issues on two separate trips, I've gone to Tumi."
