"High quality Victorinox bag that is two inches wider than normal carry-on. The extra capacity is excellent, however because of the width of the bag it will not roll down the isle in most planes."

"I purchased this because of past experience with Victorinox, and now that they have the same damage-repair guarantee as other high-end bags, choice was easy. I had previously purchased the 24" Werks in red, and because of good experience with that bag, I purchased the 20"X. Some notes on this bag: If you bought the Werks as I did around 4 years ago, you'll note that this Werks bag has a different bag-attach system. The former design had a plastic platform that pulled up so to support a bag that had been placed over the single pole and on top of the upright case. This platform was flimsy, and although mine never broke, it was not confidence-inspiring. The new system uses an elastic band that is not quite as easy to use, but does seem to have a much longer life in it than the former. It does work well. This bag is not a spinner, but it does include the suiter. Surprisingly, it seems that Victorinox does not have a spinner that also includes the suiter; since the suiter was a requirement for me, I chose this bag. This size of bag is really quite useful- its size allows you to place it in the bin wheels-first, which with packed domestic flights and reduced luggage space, is very important. If you fly mainly international business, this may not matter, but if you fly domestically (or international coach), this is very important. Its capacity is about the same as the 22" version, but it is wider and shorter, meaning that it fits when placed in either orientation in the bin. If you buy the 22" version and board a full plane late, you won't be able to carry-on. With this bag, you may still stand a chance to find some space."

"I travel frequently to Asia for extended business trips. My air travel is limited to regional jets and 777's so I don't know how well it fits into overhead bins in mid-sized planes. I bought this bag for the size and based on brand name and warranty. The styling and organization are great. Large outside pocket easily holds a 15 inch laptop. The single pole handle seemed nice until I got to the airport and tried to slip my briefcase over the handle. The single pole doesn't provide enough stability for my briefcase and it slides off of the top of the bag. Also the center of center of gravity of the bag is too far forward so it teasily tips over with a small bag hanging off of the front of it. I am quite disappointed with this bag and would not recommend it."

"Purchased Victorinox because it's a well-known quality brand and I like the subtle but different color, which is not black. While called purple, the color is more like plum; it's not bright or bluish as one might expect purple to be. I like the size as it's just right for a few days short business trip. Although I haven't actually traveled with it yet, it should be small enough to fit in the overhead bins and yet expand to accommodate more content if needed. Also like the suit/garment cover that comes with the case, which is removable when not needed. I plan to purchase other coordinating pieces in the future."
